Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time by contacting our support team via email. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, send an email with the following information:
- • Your full name and registered email address
- • Subscription plan details
- • Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)
Important Notes
- • Already delivered digital products remain non-refundable
- • Cancellation does not apply retroactively to previously delivered issues
- • Cancellation requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days
- • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed
