Refund Policy

At A.I Innovation Magazine, we strive to provide an excellent user experience. Please review our refund policy below before making any purchase.

Digital Products

Digital magazine subscriptions and individual digital issue purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery or access has been granted. This is because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Duplicate Transactions

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, users may request a refund within 7 business days from the date of the duplicate transaction. Please include your payment receipt and transaction ID in your refund request.

Failed Services

If payment is successfully processed but the subscribed services are not delivered within the expected timeframe, users may contact our support team for resolution. We will either deliver the service or process a full refund within 7–10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following details:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Razorpay Transaction ID / Payment Receipt
• Reason for the refund request
• Date of payment
